 Smith, Marc R. - President .
Marc started working for A.M. Smith Group, Inc. in July of 1982. Of course, back then the business was call (AWIS) Auto Worker Information Service. Marc first became licensed to sell insurance in New York State while attending college. He received his New York State Brokers license in September 1979. A graduate of Medina Senior High School in 1978, Marc later attended Grove City College of Grove City Pennsylvania and graduated with his B.A. in May 1982.
Marc started working in insurance during the summers off from college. Then after college he interviewed with several insurance companies, and decided to take a position with AWIS which allowed him to eventually get into insurance management and ownership. In December 1989 Marc finalized the deal which allowed him to purchase A.M. Smith Group, Inc. Marc is licensed for all lines of coverage. His fifteen years of experience make him one of the most knowledgeable insurance advisors in the area. Marc primarily works with business clients providing, the unique coverage's necessary to protect their business.

Thompson, Ann L. - CSR- Customer Service Representative
Ann Thompson joined A.M. Smith Group, Inc. in June of 1995. She later attended classes and became licensed to sell insurance on April 26th, 1996. Ann has a New York State Brokers License to sell Property Casualty Insurance.
Ann keeps a sharp eye on her clients. She carefully reviews their policies and finds ways to keep their insurance affordable. Ann's primary job is to provide personal lines auto, and homeowner’s coverage to our clients. She won't quit working on a policy until all avenues have been explored.
